Children’s Market

Children selling goods

The Fairview Farmers Market places high value on giving children opportunities to succeed. Children under 12 can have a free space to market things they grow or crafts they make.

Since they can’t get a Food Handler’s Permit or a certified kitchen they can’t sell items they have prepared in a kitchen. Fresh, uncut fruits and vegetables and crafts they have made are certainly appropriate.

To get a space in the Children’s Market, they will need a contract signed by a parent or guardian. Questions? Email or call the Market Manager: manager@fairviewfarmersmarket.com.
